This ‘graphical editor’ is especially designed for the lasers of the es FLY line, allowing for an overall and accurate control of the laser.

Flexible and powerful, the es MARK software is also very easy to use, it’s design is based on Windows software technology, learning it is very instinctive.
The es MARK software enables creation and saving of marking files, importation of drawings (Corel Draw, AutoCAD, DXF files, etc.), plotting of geometric forms, marking of bar codes, raised numbering, and also dates, hours and minutes with different type fonts.

Thanks to its integrated diagnostic tool, the es MARK software also analyses the state of the laser, and of the power supply, as well as controlling the temperature. Green signals, and the marking cycle can begin, signals turning to orange, and the operator can quickly repair a clearly-identified failure.

With more than 50 000 units running throughout the world, the technology used in the es PRINT laser is well proven. The average life of the integrated laser source is over 45 000 functioning hours, making the es PRINT laser extremely reliable.

Latest laser marking technology!

Innovative coding laser, specially designed by ES Technology to respond to the needs of the laser marking and packaging industry.

Extremely compact, the es CODE laser easily fits into production lines. It can laser mark ‘on the fly’ at very high rates on all types of packaging (metallic, plastic, paper, hard or soft).
The innovative technology used to build the es CODE laser is an ES TECHNOLOGY exclusive product.

One of the smallest laser marking systems on the market.

Uses the latest fibre laser technology to produce very high powers, for very high speeds and high definition marks.

Emits at a wavelength of 1,06 micron, and runs in continuous or pulsed mode at powers ranging from 5 to 40 watts.
Owing to its tiny dimensions, and its low weight, the es FLY laser easily fits into production lines. It can also be simply put on a table, to work by itself.
The laser source can be integrated vertically or horizontally.

The control module is very compact. Its front side, including a tactile screen and operating controls, can be separated, and integrated into a production machine.

With a MTBF (mean time between failure) of over 50 000 hours, the
es FLY laser needs very little maintenance, which allows a very low running cost.
